Growing up I wanted to be two things: a chef and an actor. Since I was 15, I worked in restaurants and eagerly pursued writing and acting. My love of the culinary arts continued throughout high school, college, and beyond. In my first years of living in Chicago I took jobs as a cook, catering director, and more. Fortunately, I was able to pursue keeping a foot in all of my passions throughout my career.
